Egg White Salad Sandwich & Lettuce Wraps

What You Need

1 whole-grain, low carb slice of bread, cut diagonal OR medium piece of lettuce
1 tsp English mustard
4 oz. Eggology egg whites
1 tsp Fat-free mayo
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Tomato (chopped)
1/3 Of a red onion
2 tsp Watercress diced


  1. Pour egg whites into glass bowl and microwave for 90 seconds.
  2. Allow hard cooked eggs to cool, then dice.
  3. Add diced egg whites, mustard, mayo, onion, pepper and watercress. Mix with fork.
  4. Place mixture on wither bread or lettuce and layer with tomato and onion.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
