Egg White Salad Sandwich & Lettuce Wraps

What You Need
|1||whole-grain, low carb slice of bread, cut diagonal OR medium piece of lettuce|
|1 tsp||English mustard|
|4 oz.||Eggology egg whites|
|1 tsp||Fat-free mayo|
|1/3||Of a red onion|
|2 tsp||Watercress diced|
- Pour egg whites into glass bowl and microwave for 90 seconds.
- Allow hard cooked eggs to cool, then dice.
- Add diced egg whites, mustard, mayo, onion, pepper and watercress. Mix with fork.
- Place mixture on wither bread or lettuce and layer with tomato and onion.
- Serve and enjoy!
