Broccoli Parmesan Egg White Muffins

What You Need

6 cups Eggology egg whites
6 TBSP Parmsean Cheese
1/2 cup Red peppers
1/2 cup Orange peppers
1 cup Cherry tomatoes
2 cups Broccoli
  Ground pepper to taste
  Himalayan salt to taste


  1. Coat the muffin tins with cooking oil
  2. Place all of the chopped veggies in the muffin tin
  3. Fill each muffin tin with Eggology Liquid Egg Whites
  4. Sprinkle parmesan on top of each muffin
  5. Sprinkle on pepper and Himalayan salt
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30mins
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
