Avocado Egg White Breakfast

What You Need

1/2 cup Eggology fresh egg whites
1/3 cup Grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Avocado, mashed
1 teaspoon Olive oil
  Salt & pepper


  1. Whisk together egg whites, avocado, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a small skillet.
  3. Sauté the garlic and grape tomatoes for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Whisk in the avocado/egg mixture and cook until the egg whites have set.
