Eggology Liquid Egg Whites are pure, pasteurized, and kosher certified. They make an excellent addition to shakes and smoothies, enhancing them with a very mild, sweet flavor and pure, muscle-building protein.

Our egg whites are separated from their yolks, pasteurized and packaged at a state-of-the-art facility that is USDA-approved and monitored during production. In fact, as is the case for all liquid egg handling facilities, a USDA representative is required to be on the premises at all times during production to ensure full compliance with all governmental safety and quality regulations. Our facilities are also ECOCERT ICO approved to ensure that all organic standards are met.
